This includes but is not limited to:
- Training plans (free or paid)
- Articles, blog posts, or website content
- Phone or video consultations
- Email or text message exchanges
- Verbal advice, informal suggestions, or personalized feedback
You agree to release, waive, and discharge Anastasis Agathangelou from any and all claims, demands, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with your participation.
- No Guarantees
Any performance improvements, race results, weight loss, or fitness outcomes are not guaranteed. Your progress depends on numerous factors beyond the Coach’s control, including but not limited to training consistency, sleep, nutrition, injury status, and stress levels.
- Use at Your Own Discretion
All content is to be interpreted and implemented at your own discretion. It is your responsibility to:
- Adapt or modify training to fit your personal needs.
- Monitor your physical response during workouts.
- Stop any activity that causes pain, discomfort, or concern.
- Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to use coaching services. If you are under 18, you must have consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
- Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
